Barrel Profiling

Barreprofiling is defined as the different customized toasting regimes of the inner surface of the barrel. With different toasting regimes we are able to diversify the tast of the wood and the flavorizing of the different wines and distillates. We are able to transfer customer´s needs of flavors to the barrels. The inner surface of a barrel is determined by temperature and time.
