Fermenting vats
We provide fermenting vats for the red wine or beer preparation. Our fermenting vats are made of French oak and are equipped with a large high-grade steel equipment as for example:
- Round lid on top with 900 mms of diameter
- Rectangular door in front
- Recuperator plate
- Juice extractor units
- Left-over drain
- Clear drain
- Thermometer etc.
The fermenting vats can be manufactured by your individual wishes. The fermenting vats are created in a way so that they can be of further use after their application in autumn, e.g. as a storage linking. Fermenting stands are usually built of 10 hl. The construction of the vats, with maximum units as for example 200 hl, takes place in your wine-cellars.
For the „bigger plants“and the smaller however valuable grape juice lots we offer the„ Micro-Vinificator “from Seguin Moreau.
In this connection it concerns 600 l of Demi Muid from French oak in the quality Haute Futaie. It is fitted out with a dome lid and a left-over drain. After the filling with grape juice the barrel is turned on a provided rack.
The Micro-Vinificator gets on as a high eend tool which permits the ambitious wine maker to generate differentiated wines in individual style, while he can work with tiny amounts (500 kgs of grapes per container) with all advantages of a Vinification in the wood.
