Allary barrels
We cooperate with the Tonnellerie Allary principally on the sector of the ornamental barrels and big fermenting vats.
Allary was founded in 1953 and in contrast to a lot of other French Tonnelleries it has remained a family owned company in which Monsieur Allary co produces barrels on a daily basis.
Basically barrels from the French forest territories Allier and Limousin are processed. Small ornamental barrels and distillate barrels are manufactured by Allary ranging from 1 l up to 112 l! Fermenting vats are produced from 10 hl up to 20 hl!
